Seeking immediate hire for profeesional livein super`s assistant/handyman, to assist with maintenance of walkup buildings in nice area of Manhattan.
Must have verifiable background experience in general building maintenance to include plaster/paint/tile/light electric and plumbing.
This is a live in position, and offers small accommodations for the succesful candidate. Married or single individual with good references
The owner of the building is a hands on individual, as such you too must be prepared to be hands on.
Your effort will be rewarded with continuous work. Must have clean record and submit to drug testing.
